I have been a big fan of this range for a good four, maybe five years now. 
The lady behind OoakCelticDolls is called Lisa Davies and she lives in a lovely area of South Wales called Pembrokeshire (not far from the sea) in the UK. 
She started small by creating clothes for Pedigree Sindy and Blythe. She tries, where possible, to make only one of a particular set for a truly OOAK experience and buys just enough material to make that particular ensemble and never repeats with material. She branched out to creating for Tiny Kitty Collier, Tyler Wentworth, Ellowyne Wilde & now she creates for Evangeline Ghastly too.
Lisa worked in Bridalwear for humans a few moons ago (before she began making for dolls).
The signature to her ensembles is that she always includes a full set of jewellery which she makes herself. Very often she will add a tiny bag that she's also made and sometimes she will add a hair adornment (and not too often she will add both bag and hair adornment).
Lisa doesn't name her ensembles, but I've named this one Cherries for obvious reasons. ;D It's being worn by a Miss Understood Ellowyne who was scalped before I got her. She has eyes and eyelashes by Monalisa. I've renamed her Melodie:)
