Meet Lizette Dionne! She's a southern girl with lots of charm, and very little drama. With painted brown eyes, and a beautiful new spice skin tone, she's definitely the New Girl in Town. She and Ellowyne are destined to be friends when they find out they both see Dr. Bantam. She has dark rooted hair, styled just right, and comes dressed in an off-white shirt with front ties, a shantung skirt with pleated trim and ribbons, mesh fingerless gloves, socks, buckled shoes, and a matching decorated hat.
